My little Sunflower...
and my handsome Cowboy!
So this year the kids and I went with some friends over to Gresham Station to walk around the shops trick or treating. Here we are in front of Bed Bath and Beyond waiting for everyone to arrive.
Levi tried to say trick or treat but it usually came out more like treat, treat. Apparently he didn't want any tricks.
Makayla was pretty tired and fell asleep about 2.5 seconds after we got into the car. Literally we drove to the other side of the parking lot and she was out!
We then headed over to Downtown Gresham and met up with some more friends! We love these mommies and there kids and have a great time sharing everyday moments with them.
As soon as we got there Levi shared a very prolonged hug with his friend Gracie, it probably lasted a full minute and I am not exaggerating!
Then he hung out with his best buddies for a bit before it was time to go.

There was an amazing amount of people in Downtown Gresham. It was a little to much like waiting in line for an amusement park ride with stops here and there to get candy. We didn't stay for to long but it was good to see all the kids in their costumes and it was a beautiful fall day!
And finally we made the journey up to Vancouver so that Levi could trick or treat with his cousins. My dad wasn't able to be home and ever since I was a kid he always hands out candy so Mike was forced to stay at their house and hand out candy. (Yeah right! He was already done with the trick or treating thing and the Blazer game was on! He was HAPPY to stay and hand out candy!)
This is our best attempt at getting all 4 kids to smile for a picture.
Levi loved going door to door. He was so excited about his bucket which had a light at the bottom and by the end of the night it was so full and he was so tired that he could hardly carry it anymore, but heaven forbid I help him because he is a big boy and he would repeatedly say, "no, I do" and jerk it away whenever I so much as mentioned that I could help.
Over all it was a great night!
